Hola, emocionate de ir a Mexico! Join us at the 2025 eventPower retreat for three fun-filled days of connecting and gearing up for the coming year! The meeting will take place Monday, January 6 – Tuesday, January 7. Plan to arrive on Sunday, January 5, and depart on Wednesday, January 8. As a reminder, guests are not permitted on this trip.

Our host hotel is the Royalton Riviera in Cancun Mexico, an all-inclusive resort with unforgettable experiences and memories that will last all year. Registration should be completed by clicking on the registration tab above after reading through the website tabs for valuable information. Be sure to have your passport information available when completing registration as it will be required fields.

TRAVEL TIPS

Flights should be booked into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). The airport is located approximately 10 miles/20 minutes from Royalton Riviera Resort. Flights should be booked through Certify and billed to the show code 25EP - Company Meeting. As a reminder, guests are not permitted on the company retreat.
Please arrive on Sunday, January 5 in time to attend the eventPower cocktail reception at 6:30 pm. If unable to arrive in time Sunday, please contact Carrie Mayer to discuss options.
Arrival and departure transportation will be communicated closer to the retreat. When possible, we will try and group employees together based on flight times. You will receive notification of other employees arriving and departing around the same time as you so arrangements can be made for shared transportation services.
A valid passport book is required for entry into Mexico. Your passport must be valid for the entire duration of the trip. Some airlines may have a six-month validity rule so please confirm once flights are booked.
You will also be requested to fill out an official Immigration Entry Form (Tourist card) upon arrival in Mexico. Most airlines supply this before landing however you can complete it online prior to the trip if you'd like.
During registration, you will be required to enter your full name as it appears on your passport, passport number, and expiration date.
