The Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive beachfront property with easy access to the beach. Each room features a balcony with 24/7 room service and a stocked minibar with complimentary beverages.
Each employee will have a luxury junior suite with 560 sq. ft. of space. Any specific bedding, view, or floor location requests will be communicated to the hotel but are not guaranteed. When completing registration please indicate these along with your Marriott Bonvoy number. Please note, that the company is paying for all room-associated costs so your Bonvoy points will only count toward incidental costs.
Extended Stay Requests
During registration, you can indicate if you'd like to arrive early at your cost. Early arrivals should plan to arrive on Friday, January 3, or Saturday, January 4. The hotel rate for the additional nights will be your expense to pay upon check in at the resort. The rates are approximately $315.00 per night for single occupancy and $425.00 per night for double occupancy.
If there is a difference in airfare for the early arrival you will be expected to reimburse eP the difference in airfare cost.
Once registration is completed and your extended stay is requested, Carrie Mayer will check availability with the resort and confirm the rate. Carrie will then follow up with you via email to confirm that you'd like to move forward. As a reminder, any difference in airfare, travel costs, travel meals, and hotel nights are at your expense if choosing to travel outside of the retreat dates.
Post-event stays are not permitted. All departures should be on Wednesday, January 8th.
